The Constellation team facilitates the SALT-CLCP process with the team of our partner In A Globe. While our friends from In A Globe learn to appreciate the potentials of the approach, they strengthen their own team as they go through the process.
The facilitation process happens fully online, with a nice mix of online learning and offline exercises, three Saturdays in a row.
