SUMMARY:Virtual SALT visit - Shillong
DESCRIPTION:Covid-19 measures are preventing the team of Faith Foundation in Shillong\, India\, to do what they like most: interacting with communities so that they can make progress on issues such as teenage pregnancy\, child marriage and access to education.  \nBut the team has not been resting! Team members took the opportunity to make progress in becoming SALT facilitators. They decided to apply the Community Life Competence Process to themselves: they established the dream for their work and have started making progress for example on research skills.  \nCome and join us for a virtual visit to the Shillong team – and hear more about their dream! \nThe Virtual SALT visit is part of the GO GIRL! project of The Constellation and five local SALT teams/organisations. \nOld or new SALT-CLCP facilitators who are working with youth on issues related to gender equality\, sexual health and teenage pregnancy (or who are planning to do so!) are all invited.  \nSupport\, Appreciate\, Listen\, Learn and Transfer will be our mindset during the visit. \nWe hope you will be part of the conversation that will take place on zoom.  \nPlease confirm your attendance with Marlou: marlou@the-constellation.org \n
