DESCRIPTION:GO GIRL!\nVirtual SALT visit to Babes\, Singapore. \nWe are here to listen\, provide emotional support and journey with pregnant teenagers in their time of crisis \nhttps://www.babes.org.sg/ \n  \nTwo years ago Wiwin (SALT-CLCP facilitator in Bandung\, Indonesia) visited Singapore and joined in a ‘living room chat’ with pregnant teenagers and their mothers. She remembers it as “we were creating a conducive environment where we can discuss the most frightening”.   \nThe Virtual SALT visit is part of the GO GIRL project of The Constellation. \nOld or new SALT-CLCP facilitators who are working with youth on issues related to sexual health and teenage pregnancy (or who are planning to do so!) are all invited.  \nSanthiya from Babes will share with us how her organisation helps teenage mothers to (re-)connect to love\, form support groups and is creating safety for mother and child in the context of Singapore society. \nSupport\, Appreciate\, Listen\, Learn and Transfer will be our mindset during the visit. \nWe hope you will be part of the conversation that will take place on zoom.  \nPlease confirm your attendance with Marlou: marlou@the-constellation.org \n

Our SALT-CLCP methodology has helped villagers\, neighbours\, community workers\, students\, professionals and health centers to find solutions for a better world\, locally\, with the means they have at hand.
